Using this D-type XLR female-to-male adapter, you can extend a cable or device's XLR female interface and secure it to a patch panel, chassis panel, or desktop. It features a standard D-type mounting hole pattern. It can also be mounted through a hole drilled in a desktop to fix the interface onto the desktop. If drilling is required, the recommended mounting hole size is 24–25mm.
